I bought a new Reliance India Mobile on 3rd May from one of the dealers named Talkers Zone B-1/4 Community Center Janakpuri New Delhi-110058.

I bought 4 top up vouchers with it. My phone was activated i the shop only.

The problem started when i reached home and started trying to top up my phone so that i can make outgoing calls, and till today i am unable to do it. I went to shop again they gave me a number to call and to speak to them. I called one full day and was told all kind of solutions but all in vain. Today morning i spoke to their supervisor Miss Jyoti she plainly said that she cannot help me and to go to the dealer again. I went to dealer and asked him to give me my money back as i am already very frustrated with all this drama. He refused, and kept my handset which is still with him.
