We had disconnected the Reliance Mobile connected 10 months back and were assured that we will receive the refund in 3 months. After repeated calls to the customer care and posting on the website no action is being taken. After long efforts we managed to get they logged a complaint number 47406069 and informed that in 3 working days an CC officer (in what sense they call an officer) will contact you and resolve the same. They did contact and said the case has been forwarded to the refund team and after that there is no movement.
Till date, I haven’t heard back from anyone, on calling customer care again, I was given the same answer.
WHILE TAKING A NEW CONNECTION THESE GUYS TAKE THE MONEY UPFRONT AND WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING REFUND ITS ALWAYS ON THE BACK SEAT.
