This is the worst experience I've had with airtel. I shifted my residence and notified them of the new address, at least 4-5 times! Still they kept sending the bill to my old address. Until once, i was on roaming n had a bill of rs25, 000! So i insisted on taking a look at the detailed bill. But they again sent it to the old address and even their customer care executive who was supposed to take the payment cheque went to the wrong address!
Then the next month, they charged late fee that i refused to pay. After much exhaustive explaining they waved it off. But strangely, I'd be flooded with smses that there was an amount overdue. I kept calling n each time they just apologize and promise that it would be resolved and then my calls were barred! I would've called umpteen times but they just don't seem to resolve the issue!!
