Respected Sir,
I am Eldhose paul. I am using a Airtel number 9633425484. All the incoming calls and outgoing calls are barred on this number. One time i callede the customer care. They told it would be solved soon. It was not solved. So again I called the customer care, but they are deliberately not responding to the call.
I was using a vodafone prepaid connection. Yesterday only i had ported to airtel. But now i feel it was a mistake. There may be some network problems, but they could have attend my call to customer care and tell the truth. Not attending the call of a customer is not fair.
I request you to provide me the solution as soon as possible.
