BILLED FOR INSTALLATION AND HAND SET PROVISION WHICH HAVEN'T DONE. HAND SET WAS PROVIDED AND LINE ALREADY EXISTS ON THIS CONNECTION. WHEN I WENT TO PALAYAM EXCHANGE TO RECTIFY THE ERROR, THE STAFF'S TREATED ME AS BEGGAR SENT ME THRICE TO SECOND FLOOR AND AT LAST ONCE I GOT THE CERTIFICATION THEY SAID AGAIN TO MEET ANOTHER OFFICER. I AM SUFFERING FOR THEIR BILLING MISTAKES. MY RIGHTS ARE EXPLOITED AND INSULTED. I WILL COMPLIANT THIS TO CONSUMER COURT IF THEY DON'T RECTIFY THE ERROR. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY OPENED IT AND GAVE JOB TO THE PEOPLE AS CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT IF THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS A CUSTOMER. WE ARE NOT LIVING ON THEIR MONEY, THEY ARE LIVING ON OUR MONEY. NEED TO BE CHANGED THE SYSTEM TO COMPETE.
