3G SIM Inactive / not getting validity after rechage

Hello Sir,

I got this message from My Mobile Number 8989166791 (3G SIM) after dialing *123#

The account is inactive. Please refill your account before 28/07. Your balance is Rs. 202.38.

I have recharge my mobile Rs.55/-, Rs.110/- Rs. 150/- but not getting any validity.

I try to recharge Rs.49/- Rs.36/- but my mobile did not get recharge with these amount.

Please help me to get the validity of my mobile No. 8989166791
