I did an e-recharge of Rs. 150.00 using my Oriental Bank OF Commerce Net Banking Account from Tata Indicom's website on 29rd Nov..
The Billdesk which is their payment server showed "Transaction failed" and I did not receive
the recharge.
Still my account was debited of Rs. 150.00 under following transaction:
IB SM TXN.ID- tory 000001450034
