Activation of V2V features for Rs. 50

I have a two post paid connection Mob No. 9920511398, 9920551866. Without informing to me they are activated V2V talk time plan for Rs. 50/- only. After request so many times the features has not been deactivated by saying " I am sending request. It will be deactivated on 05th of the month after generating the bill." Now you are requested to please deactivate such features immediately to stop mentally theft to the users.
