Debarring of outgoing facilities on wrong grounds

I have a pre-paid connection 9360103440 since May 04 and faced no problem so far. Required documentation was done at the time of taking the connection. However, with effect from 02 Mar 07, my out going facilities have been deactivated without any reason or warning & I could not even contact customer care services. I spoke to them through a friend's reliance phone and was told that I must submit the documents again. I did the same on 05 Mar with Reliance Web at Ooty and was assured that services will resume within 12 hours but nothing has happened so far. Firstly I request you to reactivate my facilities with no further delay and secondly, I wish to convey my displeasure to the management of such a reputed concern for treating their so called valued customers so shabbily. I must tell you that I am also sending a personal mail to Mr Ambani. We the people in uniform have more important business to attend rather than worry about a trivial issue like reactivation of my telephone.
