Use of Abusive and Un-Parliamentary Language on Phone by an associate

Dear Sir,

On 27-07-12 I received a call from 91-11-33906892 on my number 91-94140-63537 at 17:18. The person on the other side was a lady who introduced herself as an employee of Birla Sun Life Insurance Company. As I was in a meeting that time so I told the lady not to disturb me but she didn't understand that and continued to speak. My number is already DND activated I told her but she didn't listen and started using UN-Parliamentary language and used abusive words on the call. After some time I heard another Male voice on the call which also did the same and used the same language as the lady did.

Again at 17:22 on the same date I received another call from 91-11-33906889 on my number and this time a male voice was on the other side who used the same abusive and vulgar language. I was really shocked to hear that as I don't expect an employee of Birla Sun Life Insurance to use such language. The pride which your company has always maintained was flunked with these phone calls.

I've been working in stock market for last 31 years and I've seen many company's people working but i never came across with this kind of situation where an employee of such a big company. I have started my career as an investor in the Public Issue of Indian Rayon Corporation Ltd. on 16.03.1981, since then I know the ethics and principles of Shree Aditya Birla Ji. This incident hurts my trust very much and belief in this group. Why the new staff is heading towards the destruction of this image and the why the company does not hold any responsibility to control the nuisance created these days.

My complaint is against the employees who are working and spoiling the name of the company. I want you to identify those employees, take strict actions against them and provide me the details of these employees. If I didn't receive any reply as per this complaint within 15 days, I'll be bound to take legal actions against the Management of Birla Sun Life Insurance Company and the unidentified employees who called me.
