Ills had been paid even then outgoing of fixed line has been stopped

Dear Sir,

my complaint is that mine fixed line # is 01147531603whose bill amount was 2, 133, bill No. was 682356318 and my account # was 14395228 whose bills had been paid through easy bill but mine outgoing of the fixed line has been stopped, its my request as i had already paid the bill, then why to stopped mine outgoing, pls sir kindly resume my service as soon as possible.
