I bought 5800 XpressMusic IMEI#351531046161153 in the second week of this month (April) from Sangeetha Mobiles Store at Maratha Halli, Bangalore, India paying the amount in full. It started rebooting automatically intermittently though I haven't used its Bluetooth or Memory Card. The Nokia Care Center - Silk Teleservices, Maratha Halli, Bangalore flashed the software n formatted my external memory card several times assuring of no problem with this new handset anymore. However, it repeated rebooting again even without having the Memory Card being used after repair. Further, its lock wasn't working as expected and it started hanging frequently, adding onto the existing problem. I submitted my phone for repair again at the same Nokia Care Center with ref. to Job Sheet# 518465550/100412/40 for replacement of this handset clearly stating that I need a new handset as its purchased very recently. After 9 days they were returning the same handset today (28 Apr) stating that its repaired! I have refused taking the handset back. Please help me by replacing it by a new handset at the earliest as I am left with utmost frustration since I bought this handset n loss of trust from Nokia products.
