Postpaid to Prepaid not Done From last 96 hrs

I have given request from my Postpaid to Prepaid on 7th July, and I have cleared my outstanding as communicated by Airtel Executive. As per process known, number from postpaid to prepaid in Airtel takes 24 hrs time, but till now no response.. When I had a talk with customer care they have no updation of Postpaid to Prepaid.. I am in very critical time.. No solution till now. My mobile number is 9897025373.
