Disconnection problem

Hello everyone i hv bsnl modem MMX372G 3G USB MODEM.IT is disconnects after a minutes.actually my sim is from uttar pradesh but i am using it in trichy (tamil nadu).does it has some thing to do with roaming issues... plz help me, it's over 2 weeks and prblm still continues...
