Sir, I am a subscriber of BSNL 3G since past two years. Frequently, the tower near to us goes down and my mobile shows no signal of 3G connection. I get only 2G, and no 3G,
Now, since the past 45 days, the BTS is down and is not providing 3G signal. Despite repeated complaints to BSNL, no steps have been taken yet to restore the BTS.
