Increasing Calling Rates

My Mobile Number is 9478019075.

I am Purchasing 3g mobile sim card on 29th march..

Calling rates is (Bsnl to Bsnl is 0.30 paise/min & on other network 0.60 paisa /min).

But,

At current time the calling rates will be Increased (Bsnl to Bsnl is 0.50 paise/min & on other network 0.70 paisa /min)..

Why Calling Rates to be increased???

Please Solve my problem, Previous calling rates will be apply on my mobile.

i am also contacting customer care ..

but,

I am not satisfied with customer care..

he does not solve my problem.
