Sir / Madam, i (K.Ravi Varma) purchase BSNL simcard through online bidding jul-09, my mobile no. is 94933 33939.Recharge vennelaplus. Recently BSNL lanuched 3G services so i intrested that service enquiry Bhimavaram customer centre that service person telling send SMS M 3G120. i send SMS on 20/03, reply message from 53733 "Your Request for 3G Conversion received. 3G Plan validity is 180 days. Migration back to 2G later will be only Prepaid General Plan. to Confirm pl. send sms M3G120Y to 53733" i intrested to 3G i alredy using 3G support mobile instrument. i confirm send SMS.at present i 3G customer but validity is old plan.i lossed outgoing calls on 02/05, so many times calling to BSNL customercare centres, BSNL office Eluru and through internet portal BSNL, Complient is not rectified. so kindly request you to my mobile service 3G validity extended 180 days of kindness we shall be thankful to you sir.
