Unauthorised recovery of amount

BSNL Authorites unauthorisedly recovered an amount of Rs.50/- towards activation of Mega combo bsnl alerts from my 3g cell connection no.9494418134 talktime. The activation fecility was not

requested by me. It is illegal.
