My complaint No. is E25UP1009650 and I was assured of being attended to my complaint in 24 - 48 hrs. but its over a week time and still my complaint is not attended and when finally today I called BSNL CALL CENTRE and told them that I am getting speed of 30- 40 KBPS. on my laptop using my BSNL 3G sim and the customer support says that this is the best speed you can get on 3G. My observations is that BSNL gives a damn to what its customers are facing or else they wouldn't have kept such an UN-TRAINED ill-mannered staff for attending to subscriber's complaints. I know I have been getting around 3 MBPS. speed on my laptop till last month when my 3G sim was ending towards the validity then I renewed the validity for another year by paying Rs. 280 (approx.) and since then I am getting 30 - 40 kbps. speed while browsing. Kindly if this complaint can be raised to the appropriate authorities it would be of great help. MY CELL NO. IS 8004864062 and I am residing in Kanpur (up east zone).
