After reminding and lodging complaint against subscribing of hollywood sizzlers pack from Indiatimes.com. Again Rs.30 is charged for this pack. I had lodged this complaint bearing complaint no. A03JH1068111 to BSNL customer care on 03/01, but still no progress has been done in this regard. I request to please help me in getting out of this problem.
