I would like to complain to you regarding my faulty telephone no 0562-2331329.
Sir, my phone is faulty from last 5-6 months. I've complaint many times on IVRS, calling directly to my local exchange (TJN) and also by giving application in written to the main exchange (CTO Compound), but no action was taken till date regarding my problem.
My phone gets DEAD most of the times, and there's noisy line whenever it's not dead.
Also, BSNL exchanged my handset with CLI handset after taking some charge, but it's faulty as it's CLI is not working.
I'd also complained regarding handset many time, i was provided with 1-2 numbers of some authority of agra, but they didn't had any info regarding this.
after that, i got response that new handset is not there in stock, it's better to get my handset repaired from local market.
Sir, my children are in higher studies and it's very much essential for me to be in contact with them.
also due to unwanted calls, CLI is must for me. I'm too much frustrated with unresponsive customer service of BSNL.
I got call from BSNL local exchange, they said that they have second hand handset in their stock and i can collect that. I went there, but SDO was never there. Fortunately, i met SDO of my local exchange.
But he refused to change my handset, he said there was no call from his side to me.
Bsnl is always playing a blunder with me.
please look after my problem and try to make my phone connection in proper working condition. and replace my handset as soon as possible.
