My home landline 26862300 does not work nine months out of a year. It just goes dead and my pleas to the linesman go unheard. He is not bothered. I am a retired IAS Officer and a senior citizen. Ahmedabad.380059.My mobile is 98240 62002.I do not know whom to approach now. It is so difficult. May be BSNL is not bothered at all. It is very difficult to deal with BSNL staff as they are all Government servants and they do not bother about common people, like all other Government servants. I pay the rent every month but the phone does not work for nine months a year. It just goes dead without any reason apparently. I wonder whether you can help.
