NO REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE INSTRUMENT

I have purchased NOKIA Model C7 on 15th October IMEI NO. 353755040518245 product code : 059B7C0 for which I have paid Rs. 19, 950/- for the same. There is boot problem in the mobile so I have handed over the mobile on 16/062011 to NOKIA Centre, Vile Parle west Mumbai vide JOB SHEET NO. 573504867/110616/1. They have sent the mobile to Delhi service centre for maintenance & after 12 days I got back the mobile. But after few days again the same problem occured so I have again handedover the Mobile to NOKIA Centre, Vile Parle west, Mumbai on 13/Jul vide JOB SHEET NO. 573504867/110713/3. After 13 days time I had called up to know the status of my mobile & UI got answer that the MOTHERBOARD of the Mobile is being replaced. It is not fair to loose the Identity of my mobile with Motherboard so I requested to to replace the mobile with the new instrument but the service center is not responding on replacement. My request to you is either I want the new instrument or my money back as brand like NOKIA is not able to repaired my mobile & lost the original identity of my mobile. Also I have lost two months of warranty in repairing so request to replace the old instrument with new one or refund my Rs. 19, 950/- back to me.
