I want to Inform that I have Buy BSNL landline Connection before 1.5 year. I had no any use of that connection. and not use any call for Out going or Incomming. so
after 15 Days I went to BSNL office for close my landline Connection. but they are not taking my application for closing process. then after some Days they send me for Monthly Bil. but when I have not use landline so why I pay this Bill? and at present after 1.5 they had also send me bill. I can not under their policy. their staff is also lesy and uneducated.
