I wanted to activate the song "Tujhse Naraz Nahi Zindaji" from the film "Masoom" as my caller tune on my BSNL post-paid mobile. I searched for the code on the internet on the BSNL website. I messaged the code written for the song to BSNL. When I listened to the caller tune, the song was different from what I had asked for. Later I found out that all the information given on the website was false. I complained 3 times and waite for 4 days for changing the caller tune but nobody took any action to resolve the issue. I later talked to the floor supervisor who promised me that the action will be taken within 24 hrs but as usual I received a message that the complaint is resolved but still the song was not changed.

I request you to take serious action against the BSNL floor supervisor of Maharashtra division as I had faced serious problems in dealing with this support team.
