Service not providing properly

For the last three months BSNL network is only providing Trouble. I have taken tariff plan of local bsnl unlimited. But due to bad service provided by BSNL for tha last three days. I demand to reimburse the money as well as some economics sanctions should be posted to BSNL for not providing service properly. Its a serious problem of misuse of Consumer Rights. More people should raise the voice against such an atrocity.
