I have take bsnl broadband connection a few months ago. The modem was purchased from bsnl for 1800rupees. Last month i have changed my broadband plan from home250 to combo500.But in the new bill bsnl asks me to pay for the modem again. I have contacted customer care but they seem to be irresponsible. They gave me a number to complaint which is not responding. I reported this to the customer care officials but they took no action
