I am end users of BSNL land line and cell phone since long.
Degree and quality of service/tech support and attitude from BSNL staff
is gradually became worst day by day. The under mentioned points is the
live witness of the ambiguities.
* I was owned a land line connection subscriber No 2643679. Consequent
of shifting my residence to 10 mile Amsong Jorabat where LL facility is
not existing therefore the LL phone had been converted to WLLNo 2133679 during Jun. Phone bill never been received after conversion till date. CTO building is far away from my residence where duplicate bill can generate. Most of the time I need to pay excess amount as delay payment of bill.
* The area of installation of WLL phone is undeveloped and backward rurel area. but I still paying Urban rent every month the same connection must account as rural connection and amount paid as urban rental to be refunded for due course.
* GPRS facilities on 2G post paid phone No 9435011667 is activated since 01 Jun. As per msg recd from BSNL that any query pl contract customer care No 9400024365. But the no either most of the time is not accessible or not responding after a long holding.
* It is real fact that no toll free Nos (1800) series are accessible from BSNL WLL and pre paid as well as post paid mobile numbers. The same facilities are available from other cell phone.
* Nearest /native Telephone Exchange SATGAON staff of BSNL has not provide any tech support as well as fault diagnosis on defective instrument. Every time consumer needs to run up to CTO Bulding Panbazar for a small query..
As a regular customer of BSNL I am totally un satisfied with BSNL care and service. Several subscriber have been facing same problem with BSNL phone connection. The system should activated properly at appropriate level to established a position and set an identity in telephone sector.
