This is regarding the telephone NO. 04735 230104 which is not working for the past 7 days and refer our complaint No. F-715 dated 24th February. We regret to inform you in spite of repeated visits to the local exchange at Ayroor, no action has taken so far to rectifcy the defect.

We would request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and instruct the concerned to do the needful at the earliest.
