Broadband connection is not working from last 1 to 2 months

Respected Sir/Madam,

Subject: Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months

I am having landline telephone (No: (02988-224546) and have also availed broadband facility under the plan 1350 P (Unlimited free usage). I have paid broadband charges in advance but from last 1 to 2 month my broadband connection is not working properly and in the month of march it’s stopped working totally. I am not able to browse any of internet sites. There are many complaints from my side but my problem was not resolved at all.

Hence, I wish to reclaim the rentals for the month of march as broadband was not functional at all.

I hope you will consider my request and kindly do the needful.
