Wrong Calls

Hi,

I get a new connection from MTNL Landline in the month of Aug. But from starting we regularly receive wrong call from bank from recover agent with very bad tone...

After logging so many complaint into the MTNL office no one is ready to do any thing..

also register my number into do not disturb but all goes in vain...

i dont understand what i can do now..

shall i stop useing MTNL landline or what.
