My number is 9480351942, I am not able to migrate from Beladingalu plan to Karnataka mitra plan. Contacted around 15 times with customer care and not getting proper answers. I have balance and validity. The customer care peoples and senior executive of BSNL are not able to solve the problem. After 15 days still my complaint is not solved. Every time when i complained they are telling that within 2 hours our peoples will call and solve the problem. After 15 days still not received a single call.
Such a worst service from BSNL.
