Hi,

I hope this complaint will be read & hopefully some actions will be taken for the same. Whosoever is going to read this complaint of mine believe me I am writing this complaint as I have faced & been offered an awfull Customer Services from Reliance. Now to throw light on the concern, I have Reliance CDMA phone & the SMSPack56 had been activated. And on the 2nd March I got a message from the Reliance that your SMS Pack is due for renewal on the 4th March & to avail that please do have sufficient balance into your account. And on the 3rd March I called the so called "Reliance Customer Services"(well there is an advice just remove the word services from that as they don't beleive in that) so that I can get an advice that if i want to deactivate the SMSPAck656 what will be the procedure & how much time will that take to deactivate the same. The lady on the call naming Rupinder first of all kept me repeating the issue 4 times, i really don't beleive how such a good company can hire people like her. Without informing anything to me she just forwarded a Complaint to deactivate the SMSPack56 & for that the complaint SRno148286399.And when I asked that will the balance Rs 56 will be credited to my account then she didn't reply anything and kept on repeating that the sms pack will be deactivated with 48 hours. I asked her again that will the balance that is due to be deducted on the 4th March will that be credited back to my account if that request had been processed? I asked for a supervisor... i was put on hold for more than 5 minutes & as soon as the manager picked up the call she disconnected. I called thrice on the 3rd March but every time the call was disconnected. I got tired & then I decided to call the next day. In between the SMS pack was renewed on the 4th March & Rs56 were deducted from my account. I called on the 5th March spoke to Mr Deshraj_Sr Exec, he was nice & polite..but was unable to resolve my issue so I asked for a supervisor... Mr Rahul Srivastav (Team Leader-Chandigarh Region) were there to help me who were actually extremely unhelpful. He understood the concern & now he kept on repeating the same that Rs 56 can't be reimbursed. Then I lost my temper & said that either I want the Balance of Rs 56 or the SMS pack to be renewed as i was not at fault whop called the Customer Service to enquire & the Stupid lady forwarded a deactivation request. Then Rahul said that he can make a complaint about that & I will get a Complaint Sr No with 24 hours..WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED..today I am writing this as I am pissed off with the services that have been given & the unhelpful attitude of the agents & TL.And also would like to bring into attention that when we were given an option to send an sms to 53739 to deactivate the sms pack which i did thrice but every time i got a reply that Sorry your request can't be processed this time please try later.

I am also in the Customer Services Sector, so i also know that if an agent wants then he/she can definitely find out a middle way & go a mile ahead to help the customers. But all the agents i have spoken to they were just sounding like robots.

So please, Either I want my money back or the sms pack should be renewed without any charges!!!
