I have submitted an application for converting the post paid mobile connection to pre paid mobile connection to BSNL AMENITY BLOCK, Bangalore on 04.03.2011. The BSNL has collected upto date bill and handed over a SIM. Inspite of continuous follow up with various authorities, including DGM, Marketing - Mr Krishna Murthy - 22866354 there is no response from the authorities. This has caused great inconvenience to me both in terms of my personal communications and reputational matters. The authorities are giving only phone numbers of different persons without resolving the issue. Kindly look into the matter and compensate the loss.
