My mobile number is 9529896639 which is a reliance prepaid sim... and inspite of several requests and complaints made, unwanted incoming messages from reliance has not beed barred... i registered my complaint on 14, jan... and it wos said that after 45 days my complaint will be resolved, but no such action has been taken..i called up to the customer care on 9 march, and the chetan and rakesh who are the cust.care employees of reliance gave me the complaint number which is 148721330... so immediate action should be taken reagarding this complaint..i am very much irritated and need an immediate response..or have to complain to higher authorities... deepaali soni
