My telephone number is 080-25605257. Its dead since two weeks and whenever i go for complaint on 2198 it says that telephone number doesnt exist although i m getting bills regularly without phone being working.
Whenever i try to contact banaswadi branch of BSNL which is my exchange nobody ever picks up the phone.
Kindly help me and let me know the procedure by which i can correct this fault.
