HI! i recently purchased a 3g bsnl sim card after that i recharged for 301 which is the FRC . i was told by the customer care personel that it has not yet activated and it will take three days, then i recharged online for 3000rs using citi bank credit card, the money got deducted from the account but the recharge was not done. so i called up the bank and verified they said the transaction was successful from their end and i should contact BSNL, i called them up they gave me a complaint number and promised that the money will either be returned to my bank or will get credited in bsnl account. they told me to wait for three days for the same, three days turned 10. when i call them they tell my complaint is closed and inspite of all that i cant even make outgoin calls. from past four days they keep telling server is down call later. iam really irritated . i lost my money for no good. very bad service being a govt oriented its bad.

purchased the sim on 4/4.

online recharge done on 6/4/11
