Sir,
I have a mobile connection with MTS mobile service provider with connection number as 9135056086. The company is charged me approx rs.50 in one month for some value added service called "Cricket pack".
I have been requesting the their customer service to kindly stop the same service immediately. But they have always been misleading me with different options to stop the service. All those options have never worked. I have been trying to register the complain, but they are not ready to register the complain also.
They are not ready to provide any alternative solution for the last one month. This shows their malicious intention towards customer account to be charged indiscriminately. Since they are not registering complain also, I am not able to report the matter to higher authorities.
Please do the needful so that action can be taken against these companies and the customer service cell.
