Telephone disconnect, inspite of making Payments

Dear Sir,

Inspite of making the telephone line promptly through Bangalore one, the telephone dept have disconnected the Landline. The telephone is dead from September 11, . The payments have been made & also I have sent them the creen shot of the pament made from the bank & still the line is not activated.

BSL take complaints online but ensures that they do not take care of complains & give telephone nos & email to contact but nobody responds.

We do not know whom to contact to get this resolved.

Dear Sir,

I had raised a complained on the website that my Fathers telephone line K O Porinchu (Telephone No: 080-23602642) has been temporarily disconnected. The payments for the telephone bill has been duly paid on time to Bangalore one office, RMV II stage & the amount has also been withdrawn from my account. The same had been to '[email protected]' with the bank transaction details. But till date the telephone line has not been activated.

All clarifications & requirement by your dept has been clarified but I still do not understand why do the department take so long to get the line activated.

Would request you to please activate since my parents are very old & sick. It would be really difficult for them to communicate on any emergency if the telephone is not active.
