Hi,

An cover worth of Rs.17K was booked for me on Overnight on 13th September. But it was not delivred till now. After regular inquiruies, they admitted that they lost the courier completely. They didn't even regret for it. They are very casual about it. No proper way of tracking & compliants mechanism found with this courier. Head offiicials should take care of this. Please do not use Overnite courier.
