Unwanted Services Activated

Hi,

I have BSNL prepaid connection with the no. 9448950592. They have activated un-necessary services and debited from my balance. Now after calling to customer care I got a reply saying" We cannot do anything about this and you have to go to BSNL office to resolve this.

Please guide me what can be done to stop this.
