Sir,
I, Susovan Shandra, have taken a new BSNL prepaid connection (Mobile) (Ph. No 9531779933) through proper channel. I also submitted my passport picture and a xerox copy of Driving License (Address Proof). On 10th april' I also recharged 149/-. But recently i am not getting any network in this connection during last 3 day. In this region, all other BSNLs customer are getting network and they are not facing any problem. I also check my BSNL Sim with other Mobile handset. But i am got getting any network. I also called BSNL Customer several times. But i am not getting any solution from their side.
Please look into the matter and help to solve the problem as early as possible.
