There is a serious complaint about bsnl services that they forcefuuly activate caller tune on my no. & even after a talking to nodal officer telling them that i'm not interested in activation of HT they activate it & suddenly my main balance was reduced by Rs.50.
I always suggest to my dear friends "Do not use Bsnl services ever".
