Not allowing to port

I decided to port from Airtel to Tata Docomo. I gave a porting request and received a unique porting ID. Meanwhile I received a call from an executive of the company asking for the reasons for porting. They guaranteed me some special offers like 10 Paise call rates between my airtel and other airtel nos. and asked me cancel the porting request. I believed their words and did so. Now i'm charged 1.2 paise per second to any mobile and didn't receive the offer. As per the rules once we cancel the request we are not allowed to port for three months. Airtel service is the worst compared to other operators and they charge high rates which is not affordable. They also gave me false promise to retain me as their customer. This is a cheat.
