Unsuccessful recharge

Sir, I made a recharge of 222 inr on account from bsnl, s cto bhopal some 4-5 days ago.

After that I got a message about successful recharge but my account was not credited

with a single penny. I talked to customer support guys but they are non responsive

and seem to have no knowledge of what to do. I paid the amount and have not got my account

credited yet which really is annoying.

Please tell me what can be done?

I want either my money back or a suuccessful recharge of 222 inr on my number #09425393046
