I was taken a broadband connection from BSNL in march details are

Name: Puneet Kumar Mishra,
Date: 25-03,
Modem Type: Type 2-1664
That was teracom wireless modem, after one week wireless was not worked then I raised complaint one person name Montu came and said
that modem was faulty and that would be changed, but till now my modem was not changed, now when i tried to connect modem my system was hanged
I raised complaint many time complaint detail:

complaint no: 129102622
complaint no:127620994
I had gone to the BSNL office HIG 3 Maitri Vihar Bhubaneswar and complaint to SDO, Mr. U.S.Panda, Tel no:06742301100, Mob.no:9437070800
but no one help me. They said that it was fault of teracom modem but tell me what's my fault why was he provide me faulty modem.
Please help me to change that faulty modem early.
