Misleading Info leading over limit bill amount

I took a new postpaid connection from reliance web world in Ulhasnagar and i requested for a 299 plan to be activated on my number as my callings are only to reliance mobile numbers, but before the end of the first billing cycle my calls were barred as i have exceeded my credit limit and this happened since the Representative at Reliance Web World DID NOT FURNISH MY REQUEST AND THERE WAS NO PLAN ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER and assuming that I can call RIM 2 RIM free 24 hrs, I used it to call on a local reliance mobile number. Now when i discussed this with the collector who called me to recover this bill amount of around Rs.1000, i clearly mentioned that i a, m not suppose to be charged this amount as the calls are made only to local reliance mobile numbers and if RELIANCE is charging me for this even when i request a RIM 2 RIM free plan than its nothing but a shameless ROBBERY because it was the Representative who confirmed the plan but actually he did not furnish my request. And now I am being threatened that a Collector would drop in at my place and I will be forced to pay this amount. I need JUSTICE!!! I s anyone at reliance communication who can take control of the situation instead of making me a BILL DEFAULTER...
