LANDLINE OUT OF ORDER & NO HEED PAID EVEN AFTER 8 DAYS OF COMPLAINT

My landline no. Is 06542-243624, we lodged a complaint 8 days ago but no heed has been paid, my parents do not have a mobile connection hence they have to go to std booth & have to talk all over. They both are senior citizen hence this is an non-acceptable thing on behalf of bsnl people. My parents spent around 3000 rs talking to various family members.

Kindly file a complaint against bsnl. Bsnl has been paid in advance a year advance rent & bsnl is such that it gives concession to consumers who havent paid the bills for past 5 year, to collect the money they have been given 50 % discount, & no such offer has been there for consumers who paya the bill standing in the queue every month. Something should be done to curb this matter.

I demand :

1. My connection to be re-established.

2. Rs 3000 refund

3. They should offer some incentive for those who timely submit the bill amount.
