Sir I have a bsnl no. This no is 9439152891.I am checked my no on bsnl pcpr portal. I see my surname was changed. My actual name is prasanta kumar sahoo. But it changed prasanta kumar patra then I talk to there custmoer care they told me u change u r surname, u brought the sim in same area. But this is not possible for me. I brought sim brahmapur, now I am stay jharsuguda. Its distance is 600km. I go to the jharasuguda bsnl office they told we r not change this type of problem. Then I goto bhubaneswar bsnl office to my address proof they told me u r surname and u r address willnot match. But I give proof my sim this address. But it is changed. They told me a court affidavit is required. But I am suffering from too much problem. This type of change in bsnl office. I am use this sim last 4years. But now it is continue.
