Paytm online recharge
Alance was deducted but i didn't get balance in my mobile

My balance was deducted from my account on 15-March i recharged my mobile 9899947429 but i didn't get any balance of 450rs and any messages so how can i withdraw my balance form Paytm.com i think it's cheat me and vodafone customer also give me tat time they said to me we will revert you after 24 hours. so please help me because i am poor person i am living in delhi. and my account name is SBP STATE BANK OF PATIALA
